چکیده
Highly Active Antiretroviral therapy (HAART) depends on optimal adherence to be effective. Pharmacotherapeutic follow-up can used as a strategy for treatment fidelity. To provide pharmaceutical care HAART patients, assess adherence, identify and resolve drug related problems (DRP). This is prospective, interventional study aimed at people HAART. Data was collected using the pharmacotherapeutic form CEAT-VIH. There predominance of women (59%), older than 33 years (75%), mostly single (43%). Regarding 64% had insufficient start study, while 36% strict/adequate adherence. After follow-up, 70% presented HAART, relationship between adhesion versus time regimen significant, considering that less containing protease inhibitors are predictors DRP identified (f=77), missed pills (32%), untreated disease, incorrect management frequency, undue self-medication (12%) were most frequent. Pharmaceutical interventions (f=137) predominantly advising specific pharmacological non-pharmacological measures (20%), medication suspension (9%). shown animportant strategy, within multi professional team, improve besides identifying resolving DRP.
